My conversations with people who shape change instead of waiting for it. New episodes on Spotify and wherever you get your podcasts.
I studied law because I wanted to understand how systems work and why they sometimes fail. After starting out as a lawyer in international corporate and tax law, the wish for more hands-on practice took me to strategy consulting at BCG and from there into the front row of digital transformation at Axel Springer.
I have been an entrepreneur since 2009: with the transformation consultancy _MEDIATE for actively shaped change in mid-sized companies and corporates, and since 2019 also with the app Culcha, because strategy alone does not change an organisation — the new behaviour of the people inside it does.
Today I work as a consultant, interim and fractional manager, supervisory board member, professor and author on one question: how companies can secure their competitiveness with artificial intelligence without losing their workforce along the way.
Write to me about what is on your mind. I will tell you whether and how I can help.
